Payment Terms

An initial deposit of EUR 2,000 is required to confirm your place in the upcoming intake.
The deposit is refundable, less an applicable administration fee, where the conditions of the applicable refund policy are met. The remaining programme fee can be paid according to the payment schedule stated in the individual offer and student contract.
Payment Information
- Payment instructions are provided in the individual offer letter or invoice. Please only transfer fees using the payment reference stated in your official GIPC documents. Bank details should be used only as stated in the official invoice or offer document.
Refund policy
- Refund rules depend on the timing of withdrawal, visa refusal and services already provided. The applicable refund rules are stated in the student contract. Applicants should read the contract carefully before making a payment.
