What is GIPC?

GIPC – German International Pathway College offers T-Course and W-Course Foundation Programmes for international Bachelor applicants in Berlin and Düsseldorf.

GIPC currently offers two academic preparation pathways: the W-Course and the T-Course. The W-Course is designed for students interested in areas such as business, economics, management and social sciences. The T-Course focuses on fields such as IT, engineering, technology and applied sciences.

GIPC currently does not offer the G-Course as a regular programme. Additional course tracks may be considered at a later stage.

The W-Course prepares applicants for business, economics, management and related Bachelor pathways.

The T-Course prepares applicants for IT, technical, applied-science and design-technology related Bachelor pathways.

The programme has a duration of approximately 10 months and is offered in Berlin. The language of instruction is English, with planned intakes in 1 April and 1 October.

The full programme fee is EUR 13,750, inclusive of application, registration and examination fees.

Yes. Scholarships of up to 32% may be available for applicants.

Yes. An initial deposit of EUR 2,000 is required to confirm your place.

Submitted documents are reviewed and academic eligibility is assessed within 48 hours.

Yes. All applicants are required to attend a mandatory interview with the GIPC Admissions Team.

Successful completion of the T-Course / W-Course Programme (Foundation), including the required mid-term and final examinations, provides direct progression to the corresponding MDH Bachelor’s programme, provided all legally required documents and formal admission requirements are complete.

Yes. The Foundation Programme includes mid-term and final examinations.

Relevant enrolment and programme-related visa documents are provided after receipt of the EUR 2,000 initial deposit.

GIPC provides programme-related documents, such as admission or participation confirmation, payment confirmation and course information, where applicable. The final visa decision is made exclusively by the competent German embassy or consulate.

The initial programme is designed for international applicants and includes language support. Specific language requirements depend on the intended Bachelor programme and the applicable admission rules.
